Job summary

A leading moving company in Ocala, Florida, is seeking individuals for the positions of mover, crew leader, or non-CDL driver. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor. The role involves providing exceptional service and managing customer belongings, with additional opportunities for career advancement and flexible scheduling. Pay starts at $15-$16 per hour plus tips. Experience in general labor, construction, or transportation is a plus, with a requirement to lift heavy items regularly.

• Willing to submit to pre-employment background checks and random drug screens.
• Experience in general labor, landscaping, and transportation is helpful.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings.
• Greet the customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises.
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interface with customer.
• Share responsibility in accurately completing paperwork and payment collection.
• Experience in the fields of general labor, landscaping, construction, transportation, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful.

• Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. in high heat situations.
• Availability on weekends, higher priority for hire!!!
• Reliable transportation to and from work
