Compensation

• Optional long-distance moves
• Monthly performance bonuses: $1 pay raise every 6 months if performance metrics are met, opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Hours

• Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday; Sundays optional based on demand.

About The Role

• Greet customers upon arrival, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.
• Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks.
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.

Paid Training

• All employees are trained in proper preparation, lifting, moving furnishings and boxes, and using moving equipment.
