Job summary

Moving Pros in Grain Valley, MO is seeking hardworking, motivated movers. Experience is welcome, but we train. We offer weekly pay, pay for drive time, and time-and-a-half after 40 hours to ensure fair compensation.

The role is physically demanding and requires reliability, teamwork, and excellent customer service. Weekend work is required; drivers must have a valid license and clean driving record. Box truck experience is a plus for drivers.

Qualifications

• Able to work with a variable, often last-minute schedule.
• Physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, including stairs.
• Experience in the moving industry is a plus but not required.
• On time and reliable.
• Great customer service skills.
• Able to work well with others as a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL not required). For drivers only.
• Previous experience driving box trucks is a plus (drivers only).
• Must be able to work weekends.

Moving Pros is looking for hard working, motivated individuals to join our team of professional movers. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train. We’re dedicated to our customers' satisfaction with courteous and professional service, and we expect to carry out this level of service with the help of you -- our awesome employees. We recognize this is a tough job and wish to create the best working environment for our guys as possible. We also give very fair compensation compared to the rest of the KC moving industry and WE PAY EVERY WEEK, PAY FOR DRIVE TIME AND PAY TIME AND A HALF AFTER 40! No other mover in KC does that!

Requirements

• You are able to work with a variable, often last minute schedule.
• You are physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, and ready for lots of lifting and stairs (this is a physically intense job).
• Experience in the moving industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You are on time and reliable.
• You have great customer service skills.
• You are able to work well with others as a team.
• You have a valid drivers license and clean driving record (CDL not required). This is for drivers only.
• Previous experience driving box trucks (for drivers) is a plus, but not a requirement. Again, drivers only.
• Must be able to work weekends.
