Job summary

The Little Gym International in Boise, ID is seeking energetic instructors to introduce kids to education and play, and to lead classes using our proven curriculum. You’ll train with us to deliver engaging, movement-based programs for children from 4 months to 12 years old, while providing outstanding service to families.

Ideal candidates enjoy being active, love working with kids, and are comfortable in a flexible Independent Contractor role with potential for W2 opportunities upon promotion.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
• Willingness to work with kids in an active environment.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll train you).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; treat members like family.
