Job summary

JK Moving Services in Sterling, VA is seeking a Move Specialist (Mover) for Residential Services. Under the Move Supervisor, you will assist with moving, packing, wrapping, inventory, and transport of household goods while delivering a positive customer experience and representing the company professionally.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, clear communication with crew and customers, the ability to lift 35+ lbs, and passing a criminal background check and pre-employment drug

Overview

Under the supervision of the Move Supervisor (driver/crew chief), assists with moving, packing, wrapping, inventory, and transport of household goods for residential customers. Represents the company in a professional manner. Works collaboratively within an assigned team to deliver a positive and successful relocation and ensures a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with other crew members, customers, and move consultants
• Must successfully pass a criminal background and pre-employment drug screen
• Capable of lifting 35+ lbs.
