Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Move & Pack Lead/Driver to join the Clutter team in Chicago. You will lead a 2–3 person moving crew and oversee warehouse operations to deliver a seamless, high‑quality storage experience for our customers.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, at least 2 years of straight truck city driving, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong safety discipline. Hours start between 6:00–8:00 AM, Thursday–Monday, full-time with overtime, and a competitive package including

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a physical exam.
• At least 2 years of straight truck driving in a city environment.
• Proven ability to track and manage logistics data via mobile apps.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to perform quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a 2–3 person moving team to complete daily moving and storage jobs, ensuring safe moving, packing, loading and transport with excellent customer service.
• Manage inbound, outbound, and transfer warehouse operations using mobile tech to scan, categorize and inventory items.
• Ensure safety standards and policies through frequent quality checks and high work quality in warehouse and on-site residences.
