The role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. You will follow Move Manager instructions, ensure care of items, and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor on move days.

Qualifications

• Motivated, compassionate and creative problem-solver.
• Physically capable of lifting 30–50 lbs.
• Able to pack/unpack at client homes for extended periods.
• Dependable with scheduled shifts from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Move Manager on staging and jobs.
• Assist relocations with packing, unpacking, and resettling.
• Load and unload company vehicles (supplies, donations, staging furniture).
• Drive a Box Truck.
• Organize and maintain company warehouse.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, movers and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
