Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. is hiring a Mounting Tire Program Technician to join our tire service team. The role focuses on accurately mounting tires and assembling wheels while following customer drawings and process standards.

The position requires lifting up to 100 pounds, standing for the shift, and using digital tools to complete tasks. Join a fast-paced shop that values efficiency and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Basic tire mounting knowledge is helpful.
• Ability to use various digital tools/programs to complete tasks.
• Must be able to talk and hear to use equipment and communicate with customers and teammates.
• Able to lift 50–100 pounds; stand throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Mount single, two-piece, three-piece, and five-piece wheels/tires.
• Read and understand customer drawings.
• Preassembly of wheels and organization of wheels and tires for the mounter.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.

What You'll Do:

• Mount single, three, and five piece wheels/tires
• Ability to read and understand customer drawings

What You Need:

• Basic tire and tire mounting knowledge helpful
• Knowledge and ability to use various digital tools, technologies, and programs to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively
• Required to talk and hear to use equipment and effectively communicate with internal and external customers and co-workers
• Regularly lift, upright, push, or move 50 pounds; occasionally upright, push, or move 100 pounds
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty. Frequent kneeling and bending over and back
• Standing continuously throughout the shift
