Snowbird is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for The Inn at Snowbird to maintain clean, inviting guest rooms and public areas. The incumbent will be responsible for beds, bathrooms, floors, linens and supplies to ensure high standards of cleanliness.

The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work a 7:00 am to 3:00 pm schedule, including weekends and holidays. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; on-site training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.
• Must be organized and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable and prompt to work.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrate basic competency in reading, writing, speaking, simple arithmetic and interpersonal relations.
• Must be reliable, mature, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Requires some exercise of judgment within policy guidelines and without supervisory approval.
• Requires some problem solving and initiation of activities within job description and responsibility limitations.
• Must have the ability to interact at any time with guests and other employees in a pleasant manner and maintain good working relationships with others and all departments at Snowbird.

Responsabilités

• Clean guest rooms including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming, cleaning mirrors, emptying trash, scrubbing toilets, showers, sinks and floors with occasional condo kitchen cleaning.
• Picks up spills, litter, and other items as necessary to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and condominiums.
• Deliver special items to guest rooms.
• Sort, wash, and fold linen.
• Maintain and clean housekeeping closets.
• Perform other duties assigned by housekeeping director/supervisor.
