Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a Facilities Attendant to manage day-to-day upkeep of mountain facilities. This full-time, hourly role involves cleaning public areas, winter snow operations, and assisting guests while ensuring safety and high service standards on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to answer guest questions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Tolerance for varying weather and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to move between indoor/outdoor environments and perform physical tasks.
• Meet/surpass performance expectations for duties.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation or program to reach on-mountain locations.
• Some team members may need beginner ski-ride ability for on-mountain commutes.

Responsibilities

• Clean public facilities (lobby, corridors, elevators, stairs, restrooms) per standards.
• Regular trash collection and winter snow/cleaning duties to facilities.
• Interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Report incidents, injuries, or damages to the Manager promptly.
• Transport waste to disposal area as required.
• Stock and organize cleaning supplies and tools for daily use.
• Operate materials and chemicals safely to prevent injuries or damage.
