Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from ABA accredited law school.
• License to practice law in Colorado at the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the People in the 5th Judicial District in all county court matters.
• Manage a caseload from filing to disposition; including hearings, arraignments, motions, trials, and appeals.
• Ensure that victims of crime are treated with dignity and have a voice throughout the process.
• Provide legal advice to law enforcement.
• Engage in other duties and special projects as assigned by the District Attorney.
