Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Moulder Operator to own a designated machine center and lead a team to achieve quality and production targets safely. You will set up machinery, perform basic maintenance, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.

You will read specs, work in a team, and follow safety guidelines, with OT as needed. Monday–Friday 6:00 am–2:00 pm, with OT. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic math skills including measurements and conversions.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions and specs.

Responsibilities

• Own designated machine center and lead the team to meet production goals safely.
• Set up machinery in a reasonable time and perform changeovers as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and TPMs on equipment.
• Read and interpret specs; troubleshoot to reduce downtime.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and communicate with leads.
• Support other centers and ensure lean quality to minimize waste.
