The Baillie Group in Upstate New York is seeking a Moulder Operator for the 2nd shift to join Baillie Lumber Co. as a full-time team member. The role focuses on operating a state-of-the-art moulder to produce S4S blanks and profiles, with ownership of output quality and productivity.
You will work 2:30pm–1am, demonstrating safety, precision, and initiative in a growing hardwood manufacturing environment.

We are seeking a skilled Moulder Operator to fill a full-time 2nd shift position within one of the country's leading hardwood manufactures.
The primary responsibility of a Moulder Operator is to efficiently and safely operate a new state of the art moulder while producing S4S blanks & profiles. An operator in this position is expected to work in a hands-on fashion, to take ownership of the quality and quantity of product produced during his/her shift and to be actively involved in continual process improvements. The successful employee in this position will be a self-starter receiving general supervision.
