Job summary

HMMS LLC is seeking a Motorsports Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcycles and powersports vehicles. You will work with the service and parts teams to resolve customer concerns, perform required maintenance, and ensure safety and quality at every step.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on mechanical skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to excellent customer service, with a willingness to learn and grow within the dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in powersports, motorcycle, or related mechanical fields preferred.
• Ability to read repair procedures and follow manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles and powersports vehicles.
• Address customer concerns through accurate diagnosis and quality repairs.
• Perform maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Complete inspections and identify maintenance, repairs, and safety needs.
• Maintain documentation for timekeeping, work performed, and communications.
• Follow repair orders and communicate additional service needs to service advisor.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of technical information and service procedures.
• Use appropriate tools and diagnostic systems to complete repairs accurately.
• Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts, and other team members to ensure exceptional customer experience.
