Job summary

Bosch Motorsport North America offers a Motorsport Engineering Intern role focused on development, integration, and optimization of electronic components and software for professional motorsport in North America.

You will support engineers on projects like test bench automation, ECU integration, data collection, and tooling using MATLAB, Python, or C#. Mentorship and growth opportunities are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS in Engineering or Computer Science with minimum two semesters completed.
• 1+ years of hands-on motorsport experience with vehicle, ICE and/or hybrid controls.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Hands-on automotive familiarity and basic programming/scripting skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Project Ownership: manage technical development projects from requirements to presentation.
• Systems Integration and Bench Test Support: assist with ECU displays, wiring harnesses, data collection and analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: help create automation scripts and data-processing tools (MATLAB, Python, C#).
• Structured Mentorship: collaborate with a full-time engineer for guidance and delivery prioritization.
