• Experience developing manufacturing processes, tooling, or electromechanical assemblies.
• Ability to troubleshoot with technicians, operators, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with automation, metrology, and equipment selection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate stacking, winding, termination, and potting processes.
• Design and deliver winding tools, fixtures, and inspection gauges.
• Plan and execute actuator builds from parts readiness through inspection and delivery.
• Resolve supplier and process issues and track failed parts.
• Train technicians and operators to reproduce successful results.
