The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and hands-on work in a non-air-conditioned plant. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in manufacturing or related fields, familiarity with tools and machines, and solid teamwork and computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sewing.
• 1–2 years of experience using power and manual tools.
• 1–2 years of experience operating machines.
• Willingness to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and team orientation.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs independently and up to 80 lbs with a team.
