Qualifications

• Mechanical experience or technical schooling required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work listed on repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Test drive vehicles and evaluate components/systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about recommended services and provide clear time estimates.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
