Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, push, and pull for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stage, move, and set up motorcycles and equipment for training classes and events.
• Load and unload motorcycles and equipment and safely secure them for transportation.
• Assist with motorcycle shipments, transfers, storage, and fleet tracking.
• Receive shipments and maintain inventory and logistics records.
• Perform basic visual inspections of motorcycles and report damage, mechanical concerns, or safety issues.
• Keep motorcycles, equipment, supplies, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Support instructors and other team members during classes, events, and programs.
• Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation.
• Follow BMW safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide professional, helpful, and courteous service to customers and coworkers.

Job Details: Job Location: Greer, SC - Greer, SC 29651, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Education Level: High School or Equivalent, Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly, Travel Percentage: Up to 25%, Job Shift: Day, EventLink Group is looking to add to our Moto Logistics team at our facility in Greer, SC. This role plays an important role in keeping motorcycle training programs and events running safely and smoothly. This position supports the preparation, movement, setup, and maintenance of motorcycles, equipment, and training areas while working closely with instructors and other team members to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and tear down courses, training areas, and equipment.
• Load and unload motorcycles and equipment and safely secure them for transportation.
• Assist with motorcycle shipments, transfers, storage, and fleet tracking.

Schedule:

• BMW Performance Center operates 7 days a week, so weekend work is a regular part of this position.
• Schedule may vary based on classes, events, weather, and business needs.
• Must be willing to travel as needed to support programs and events.
• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve changing weather conditions.
