Job summary

Varsity Travel is seeking a Professional Motor Coach operator to transport guests safely between trip locations while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include pre-tripping and cleaning vehicles, coordinating pick-ups, liaising with group contacts, providing trip instructions, and promoting Varsity Travel offerings and partners.

You will help craft a memorable experience and foster repeat invitations from guests.

Qualifications

• CDL B with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brakes (Required)
• Approval from Varsity Travel’s insurance company
• Friendly, professional, on time, physically able to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests safely to and from trip locations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and vehicle cleaning.
• Liaise with group contact, provide trip instructions, and coordinate pick-up times.
• Be on time to all pick-ups and promote Varsity Travel offerings and partners.

Job description

The primary role of a Professional Motor Coach operator is to transport guests safely to and from trip locations while also providing exceptional customer service. This includes pre tripping and cleaning vehicles, transporting guests to location, liaising with group contact, providing trip instructions, coordinating pick up times, being on time if not early for all pick-ups, engaging guests and providing assistance when needed, as well as promoting other Varsity Travel offerings and our business partners. Drivers are expected to contribute to the quality of the experience for guests and aim to create repeating relationships with them.

Supervisor and scheduling: Report to Transportation Manager

Qualifications: CDL license with air brake and passenger endorsement for coaches, approval from Varsity Travel’s insurance company, friendly, professional, on time, physically able to perform duties.

Compensation:

Coach Drivers start at $25 per hour $500 Sign on Bonus
