Martin Motorcoach is a family-owned transportation company based in Lexington, Kentucky, delivering charter transportation across the United States and Canada for schools, sports teams, churches, corporate groups, and more. Pay is up to $75,000 per year with benefits including dental, health, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license required (CDL) with passenger endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Safely operate motorcoaches and passenger transportation vehicles.
• Provide outstanding customer service to passengers, tour guides, and group leaders.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
• Assist passengers with luggage and boarding when needed.
• Review trip details and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Represent Martin Motorcoach with professionalism both on and off the coach

Duties

• Safely operate motorcoaches and passenger transportation vehicles.
• Provide outstanding customer service to passengers, tour guides, and group leaders.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
• Assist passengers with luggage and boarding when needed.
• Review trip details and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Represent Martin Motorcoach with professionalism both on and off the coach

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (Required)
• Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement (Required)
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to Pass Drug Screening and Background Check
• Preferred experience with motorcoach or school bus driving
• Excellent communication skills
