Yulista Services LLC seeks a skilled Motor Vehicle Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and overhaul major vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and fuel systems. The role requires apprenticeship or equivalent training and the ability to transport equipment to remote test sites.
Work includes machining and fabrication support, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining maintenance records to ensure mission-capable vehicles for test operations.
Repairs, rebuilds, or overhauls major assemblies of internal combustion automobiles, buses, trucks, or tractors. Work involves most of the following: Diagnosing the source of trouble and determining the extent of repairs required; replacing worn or broken parts such as piston rings, bearings, or other engine parts; grinding and adjusting valves; rebuilding carburetors; overhauling transmissions; and repairing fuel injection, lighting, and ignition systems. In general, the work of the Motor Vehicle Mechanic requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent. Required to transport equipment and set up remote test sites.

Additionally, produces replacement parts and new parts in making repairs of metal parts of mechanical equipment. Work involves most of the following: interpreting written instructions and specifications, planning and laying out of work, using a variety of machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments, and setting up and operating standard machine tools. Responsible for the shaping of metal parts to close tolerances, making standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds of machining; knowledge of the working properties of the common metals, selecting standard materials, parts, and equipment required for this work; and fitting and assembling parts into mechanical equipment. In general, the machinist's work normally requires rounded training in machine-shop practice, usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
