Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator for a Dallas, TX project. You will operate a motor grader and perform earthwork tasks on a heavy highway construction site.

Qualified applicants have 1+ years of heavy equipment experience and a strong safety record. This on-site role requires flexibility for extended hours, including days, nights, and weekends, in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Diligent in demonstrating safe work practices.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Grade to required elevations and tolerances.
• Become proficient before advancing to another machine.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Work hours may include days, nights, weekends.
• Work in adverse weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
