C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Motor Grader Operator for our Florida operations. The role requires operating a motor grader to achieve precise grades and performing related site grading tasks.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of road building experience, be able to work days, nights, or weekends, and hold a valid Florida driver’s license. We offer competitive salaries and fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in road building, site grading and finishing, sloping and banking.
• Able to complete all required paperwork efficiently.
• Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate motor grader to move earth or stone to a very precise grade safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment daily for defects and check fluids before starting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. (CWR) is a growing road construction company. We are seeking to fill a Motor Grader Operator position for our local operations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will perform duties to the operator of the motor grader in a safe and efficient manner to move earth or stone to a very precise grade
• Must be able to perform a variety of tasks which may include shaping and fine grading sub grades, base materials, shoulder, slopes, and cutting ditches
• Will inspect equipment daily for defective parts and check fluids before starting
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in road building, site grading and finishing, sloping and banking required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to work days, nights, or weekends as needed
• Able to complete all required paperwork efficiently
• Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver’s license
• Employer conducts drug screening and background check
