Snap Fitness in Shawnee, KS is hiring a Personal Trainer to join a fast-growing team. You will focus on getting clients results with a passion for fitness and a fun attitude, while our sales team fills your calendar with motivated clients.

The role offers full-time opportunities with benefits, including health and dental insurance, flexible schedule, and wellness resources. You may work from our Shawnee or Basehor clubs and help clients achieve their goals.

Qualifications

Nationally recognized PT certification required or in process within 15 days of employment.
First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

Explain and display The Phenix Method with passion to members and clients.
Conduct member roadmaps including body fat analysis, nutrition guidance, equipment use and form.
Provide one-on-one personal training and coaching.
Option to assist at front desk for sales and member service.
Create personalized exercise programs aligned with client goals.
Work toward monthly retention goals set by management.
Collaborate with sales and management to help new members achieve goals.
Opportunity for monthly revenue bonus based on club KPIs.
Provide CPR/AED training as part of safety readiness.
