Palmetto Moon in North Myrtle Beach is seeking a Sales Team Lead to support the Store Sales Manager in driving sales, daily operations, and outstanding customer service. The role focuses on leadership, guidance, and operational support for the team.

The candidate will lead team members, coach on product knowledge, and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards while aiming to achieve store goals and deliver a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to hold team members accountable.
• Confident, proactive, and able to take on workplace challenges.
• Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities as needed.
• Strong verbal communication and clear information delivery.
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving in customer service contexts.
• Familiarity with reading key reporting and POS system training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and driving results.
• Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts as scheduled.
• Lead by example to engage customers and participate in sales activities.
• Train and coach the team to deliver the expected level of customer service.
• Address customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and company initiatives.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed per visual merchandising standards.
• Support flexible departmental responsibilities as needed.
• Open/close procedures, safe counts, deposits, and building security.
