Job description

We're an internship team in Anchorage, AK that treats a Motion Graphics Designer like an author, not an asset, with $74,000 - $105,000 and the room to prove it. Step into a Motion Graphics Designer position at Real Estate Solutions LLC where $74,000 - $105,000, team support, and career growth come standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Set guardrails loose enough for mid-level creatives to surprise you inside them
• Pull through one performance-driven visual idea across web, print, and the Anchorage, AK storefront
• Mine customer interviews for the one phrase that becomes the whole campaign
• Storyboard motion pieces that hold attention past the three-second scroll mark
• Reframe a tired product story until mid-level stakeholders lean forward again
• Own the look of seasonal launches from moodboard through final handoff
• Turn rough briefs into polished InVision deliverables the creative team can ship
• Trace every Design Sprints asset back to the brief so revisions stay honest

What You'll Bring

• Familiarity with Real Estate Solutions LLC-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them
• Fluency in Principle earned the hard way, not just from a tutorial
• Hands‑on experience with modern Conflict Resolution workflows and tooling
• A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork

The reputation Real Estate Solutions LLC enjoys across AK wasn't bought; the fast-growing Anchorage team earned it one creative project at a time. Our Anchorage team would rather over-communicate than leave a teammate guessing at midnight.

Salaries here begin at $74,000 - $105,000, complemented by stock options, learning budgets, and weekly one-on-one coaching.

Confirmed unfilled today, Real Estate Solutions LLC continues its search in real time.

We hire for hunger as much as resumes, so if that's you, the Motion Graphics Designer role is open.
