Job summary

Pogo is seeking its first in-house Motion Designer & Video Editor to bring our products and brand to life through video. You will produce product demos, launches, explainers, and high-performing consumer ads, turning raw footage into engaging stories and scalable templates.

You’ll own end-to-end production from concept to final delivery, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Design to ensure accuracy and a consistent visual identity.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing motion design and video editing skills.
• Experience creating video content for B2B technology or SaaS companies (in-house or agency).
• Ability to translate complex products into clear, engaging visual stories.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro; comfortable using Figma and product design assets.

Responsibilities

• Create product demos, launches, explainers, and short-form performance ads.
• Develop and animate UI/ motion graphics from concept to final delivery.
• Edit founder, customer, and brand content for multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design to ensure accuracy and visual consistency.
• Build reusable templates, motion systems, and scalable workflows.
