Job summary

Simple Life seeks a skilled video creator to design short, high-impact videos for Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. You will collaborate with marketing to sharpen messages, analyze ad performance, and experiment with AI tools to enhance production quality.

You'll work in an agile team, moving across squads to build versatile campaigns for a health coaching app with strong growth. 2+ years in related roles preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar position.
• Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, and pacing.
• Experience with AI tools for creative production.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and ability to create visuals that clearly communicate a marketing message.
• Modular approach to editing, including analyzing, merging, and remixing successful elements.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
• Attention to detail, strong self-organization, and time management.
• Basic skills in Figma.
• Nice to have: experience creating AI-generated micro-dramas and other AI-driven formats.

Responsibilities

• Design short, high-impact videos of up to two minutes for Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Generate and iterate ideas with the marketing team to improve message clarity and visual impact.
• Perform retrospective analyses of ad performance to refine creative approaches.
• Use AI tools for video generation, enhancement, and ideation.
• Experiment with new AI tools and creative technologies to improve ad production.
• Analyze competitors’ ads and social trends to identify worldwide creative patterns.
• Test new instruments, effects, and workflows to improve production efficiency.
• Move between squads and develop expertise across different campaign types in an agile team environment.
