Odoo’s Marketing team is looking for a Motion Designer to craft engaging video and motion content across channels. This hybrid role is based in Brisbane, CA with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, offering cross-team collaboration from concept to final delivery.

You’ll support brand awareness, product education, and lead generation by producing assets for on-site, social, and events, balancing creative strategy with execution and coordinating with non-technical teammates.

Formación

• 1+ years of motion design experience.

Odoo’s Marketing team is hiring a Motion Designer to create engaging video and motion content for multiple channels. This hybrid role is based in Brisbane, CA with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, and includes opportunities to partner across teams while taking projects from early concept through final delivery.

You’ll support marketing goals like brand awareness, product education, and lead generation by producing static and motion video assets for channels such as on-site, organic and paid social, and events. The position is designed for someone who can balance creative strategy with execution and help keep production moving smoothly alongside non-technical collaborators.

What you’ll do

• Develop video content for multiple marketing channels, including on-site, organic and paid social, events, and more.
• Manage a content project pipeline end to end, designing, tracking, and producing both static and motion video deliverables, often with cross-functional partners.
• Evaluate creative and implementation challenges while balancing strategy and delivery, guiding collaborators through the production process.
• Collaborate with content writers, salespeople, systems analysts, and other stakeholders across a variety of projects.

What you bring

• At least 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable experience in video animation and editing, with a portfolio showing quality and range.
• Strong visual design skills, especially across UX/UI, product, and marketing, including motion graphics and micro-interactions.
• Ability to clearly communicate and synthesize ideas, deciding when to use static assets, stock footage, b-roll, or animation, while balancing feedback and revisions against deadlines.
• Expertise with digital media technology and editing software, including file formats, codecs, and color spaces, plus proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator).
• Experience independently leading projects, managing deadlines, and contributing to shared team goals.
