Norton Healthcare is seeking RNs to provide high-quality, patient- and family-centered care in a collaborative environment. This role supports new graduates pursuing ADN or BSN paths, or experienced RNs, with pathways and information sessions to advance their careers.

Qualifications

• No experience required for full-time or part-time positions.
• If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute-care setting.
• Registered Nurse (IN)

• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff members.
• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care.
• Mentor and precept staff as part of ongoing professional development.
