Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in activities of daily living (ADL) and provide comfort, nutrition and hygiene support for adult and geriatric patients.
• Take and record clinical measures and assist with specimen collection.
• Provide patient transportation and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Inform RN of changes in patient condition and reinforce patient teaching.
• Assist with patient charting as needed and support EPIC use.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including clerical coordinator tasks and monitoring electronic orders.
