Job summary

HNTB Corporation seeks a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Project Manager I to lead MOT design teams on large, fast-paced design-build infrastructure projects. You’ll drive scope, schedule, budgets, and client coordination to deliver high-quality results.

With a bachelor’s degree in engineering and substantial experience, you will supervise staff, mentor teams, and work across disciplines to optimize phasing strategies and risk management while pursuing business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project scope and fee quotation and assist in drafting technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
• Assist with client project scoping and contract negotiations.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Supervise and mentor project staff toward objectives.
• Coordinate project staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
