Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Produce short-form video content for listings, market updates, and brand storytelling
• Lead listing marketing campaigns: coming soon, just listed, open house, just sold
• Design listing collateral in Canva
• Write blog posts, market reports, newsletters, and email campaigns
• Track engagement metrics and refine strategy based on performance
