Job Overview

Remote | East Coast Preferred | Must reside within 1 hour of a major airport. Travel requirement: 75%+ (primarily client site engagements).

Responsibilities

• Build and implement smart operating systems that drive daily performance—visual management, tier meetings, escalation routines.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects that deliver tangible results on key metrics such as OEE, scrap, and throughput.
• Coach and empower front‑line leaders and CI champions to own and sustain improvement work.
• Deploy best practices across sites—virtually and on‑site—to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Champion data integrity and connect work directly to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing operations (food or automotive strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to implement and sustain CI and MOS systems.
• Dynamic facilitation and coaching skills—comfortable leading teams both in‑person and remote.
• Experience with multi‑site deployments and strong grasp of performance data management.

Bonus Points

• Consulting or advisory experience.
• Certifications (Lean Six Sigma, CPIM, CSCP).
• Experience in PE‑backed manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with digital CI tools or production‑tracking systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
