Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York is seeking a Trade Support Analyst in the Whole Loans Securitized Products Group. You will facilitate entry of mortgage loan transactions, monitor controls, and coordinate with trading, technology, and other teams to ensure timely funding across the loan life cycle.

You will gain exposure to origination through securitization, work with senior management, and contribute to process improvements and data analysis for multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with-good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Trade booking and data enrichment for mortgage-related transactions and bonds.
• Reconcile trades between front and backend systems.
• Understand system flow and front-to-back operations including settlements and P&L.
• Prepare raw mortgage data into normalized fields for analysis.
• Prepare funding schedules for loan purchases and sales.
• Maintain strong controls and improve existing processes.
• Collaborate with technology on system and process improvements.
• Run metrics for senior management and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
• Provide operational support to internal teams within the Whole Loans space.
