Qualifications

• University/college degree required; 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Recommend loan solutions per lending guidelines and client requirements.
• Manage daily loan activities of a small, high-performing Mortgage Loan Officer team.
• Manage portfolio of customer relationships and develop new clients.
• Prepare loan solutions and refer other banking products; ensure documentation compliance.
• Grow and develop sales force to cover market geography; manage pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
