Job summary

Integrity Home Mortgage Corporation is seeking a dynamic Mortgage Systems & Reporting Administrator to oversee the administration, optimization, configuration, and user enablement of the company’s mortgage technology platforms. You will serve as a subject matter expert, onboarding new employees, providing ongoing training and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 3+ years administering mortgage technology platforms or similar roles.
• Proven experience with the Encompass LOS is required.
• Proficiency in VB, JavaScript, and C# programming.
• Strong SQL (SSMS) skills and data automation experience.
• PowerBI experience is a plus.
• Experience with onboarding/training staff on software systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize mortgage technology platforms (LOS, nCino POS).
• Manage user access, configuration, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Compliance and IT on process improvements.
• Develop and deliver training and onboarding for staff.
• Ensure data integrity in Encompass and related systems.
• Create reports to support operations and decision-making.
• Troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime.
