In this role, you'll help ensure an exceptional member experience while supporting operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mortgage/banking systems.

Preferred

• Construction lendin g or construction loan administration experience.
• Experience improving processes, systems, or workflows.
