Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who combines leadership with active production, to scale a high-performing mortgage team without sacrificing personal originations.

This role emphasizes mentorship, recruitment, and culture; you’ll lead from the front, develop referral networks, and drive P&L success while maintaining hands-on lending activity.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of retail mortgage origination experience, including principal lending roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership driven by sales accomplishment, team development, training, and growth.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and general ledgers.

Regional Vice President / Producing Manager

What we’re looking for in a leader:

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles. Less experience may be considered given past achievements.
• You must have extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners to be considered for this position.
• Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of, and committed to, QC compliance.
• Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/ division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership skills evolving from a passion for sales accomplishment, team development, training, and practice growth.
• Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)
