Primary Residential Mortgage in Mount Pleasant, SC, is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager. We want a high‑performing loan officer who is ready to step into leadership—without giving up production—and to scale impact by leading a team while staying focused on origination.

You’ll mentor and coach, recruit and develop talent on the sales side, and drive culture, accountability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of, and committed to, QC compliance.
• Ability to handle difficult situations that may arise with branches/divisions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership skills evolving from a passion for sales accomplishment, team development, training, and practice growth.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, general ledgers).

What we’re looking for in a leader:

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles. Less experience may be considered given past achievements.
• You must have extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners to be considered for this position.
• Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of, and committed to, QC compliance.
• Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/ division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
