Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager to continue high-level production while building and leading a top-performing sales team in New Jersey. This role emphasizes leadership without heavy operational duties, enabling you to scale impact by mentoring and guiding production leaders.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, maintain strong referral partnerships, and drive culture and accountability, with compensation tied to divisional P&L

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail mortgage origination with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and mentor branch personnel.
• Extensive experience managing a network of referral partners.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Compliance with mortgage lending laws and PRMI policies.

Regional Vice President / Producing Manager

We’re looking for a high-performing Loan Officer who is ready to step into leadership—without giving up production.

This is not a traditional management role. You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. Instead, this role is designed for a proven producer who wants to scale their impact by leading a team while staying focused on what they do best: originating and driving business.

What we’re looking for in a leader:

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles. Less experience may be considered given past achievements.
• You must have extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners to be considered for this position.
• Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of, and committed to, QC compliance.
• Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/ division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership skills evolving from a passion for sales accomplishment, team development, training, and practice growth.
• Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)
