Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager in Wisconsin to lead a team while continuing to originate and drive business. You’ll mentor, recruit, and develop top producers, with compensation tied to divisional performance and a strong product bench behind you.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail mortgage origination, licenses as MLO and Principal Lending, and a proven ability to grow referral networks and maintain QC compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management.
• Extensive experience managing a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledge of accounting terms and procedures (debits, credits, G/L).

Regional Vice President / Producing Manager

We’re looking for a high-performing Loan Officer who is ready to step into leadership—without giving up production.

This is not a traditional management role. You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. What we’re looking for in a leader:

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles. Less experience may be considered given past achievements.
• You must have extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners to be considered for this position.
• Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of, and committed to, QC compliance.
• Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/ division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership skills evolving from a passion for sales accomplishment, team development, training, and practice growth.
• Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)
