Metro Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Processor in Massachusetts to coordinate a pipeline of mortgage loan files from processing through closing. You’ll collect, review, and validate required documentation while maintaining proactive communication with borrowers and stakeholders.
The role emphasizes adherence to residential lending regulations, accuracy, and timely closings, with a hybrid work arrangement and on-site onboarding expectations.
Purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions our members will make, and a seamless mortgage experience depends on strong operational execution behind the scenes. As a Mortgage Processor, you play a critical role in moving loan applications from approval to closing by ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
In this role, you serve as the central point of coordination between borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, real estate professionals, and closing attorneys. Your ability to manage multiple files, communicate proactively, and maintain compliance helps create an exceptional member experience while ensuring loans close efficiently and accurately.

Hybrid Policy Eligibility
$23/hour - $31/hour (based on experience and qualifications).
The salary range listed provides a general expectation for the role. Final compensation is based on experience, unique strengths, and the impact you are expected to make. Metro also offers a competitive benefits package and additional perks that contribute to total compensation.
