Averra Financial, Inc. is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and lenders, drive growth, and ensure high satisfaction.

You will manage a portfolio across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and NonQM products, provide product knowledge, and support brokers through the loan process. Responsibilities include pipeline management, training coordination with Sales Assistants and Operations, and ensuring timely Closing Disclosure and compliance.

Formación

• 1+ year of mortgage industry experience with knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, NonQM products.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage-related software; Encompass experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and partners to grow the business.
• Stay informed about loan products and regulatory changes to guide partners.
• Schedule training courses with Sales Assistants, Account Executives, Operations partners or Broker Support.
• Monitor and manage loan pipeline, provide timely updates to brokers, manage locks to avoid expirations.
• Oversee processing of loan applications for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Review and clear conditions with Underwriting timely and ensure documentation is complete.
• Address issues raised by brokers in a timely and professional manner.
