Job summary

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma experience is highly desirable.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher and in good academic standing.
• Finance, Accounting or other Business discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and improving mortgage operations processes to enhance efficiency.
• Support development and tracking of key performance metrics for data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with MPF operations teams to understand mortgage lifecycle and participate in cross-functional projects.
