Job summary

PSECU in Harrisburg, PA seeks a Mortgage Loan Opener to support the Processor by ordering required documents and ensuring a smooth start for borrowers. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm with an onsite expectation of 40%, about two days per week.

Responsibilities include ordering appraisals, obtaining flood certificates, coordinating title work with Settlement Agents, reviewing loan files for accuracy, and dispatching initial documents to borrowers; additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle and organize documentation with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Ensure to update the system fields accordingly. • Order a flood certificate and adjust the system fields based on the received response • Request title work from the chosen Settlement Agent, following established procedures and the client's selection, whether verbal or written, along with the Agreement of Sale.
