FAR Inspections seeks motivated individuals in Auburn, NE to perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders as independent contractors. Most inspections are exterior; you work as a 1099 contractor with a flexible weekly schedule.

You will manage inspections in your county, report occupancy status and property conditions through a mobile app, and take 9+ photos per site. Expected monthly volume varies with county; 2-30 hours per week, 20-500 inspections.
