Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors (1099 Independent Contractors) to perform property inspections for mortgage companies in Sagadahoc County, Maine. No license is required; prior experience helps but is not necessary.

You can work part-time or full-time with a flexible schedule. Inspect occupancy, photograph property, and complete reports using InspectorADE; weekly pay and independent territory work are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance to travel within your territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Ability to obtain a Shield ID (GIS link provided).
• HUD/InspectorKeys access via GIS link if onboarded.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using InspectorADE mobile app.
• Communicate with Inspection Relations Coordinator.
