Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies on a 1099 independent contractor basis. No licensing required; prior experience is a plus but not necessary.

You will inspect properties, travel locally, and manage your own schedule, including exterior occupancy checks and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections. This position offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time by territory) with earning

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgageloans
• Determineoccupancy status (occupied or vacant)
